Week 3 Journal 52 Prompt - You make me smile.

 

For this prompt I knew that I definitely wanted to have the word smile going across my whole page. I decided to write along the word smile all the many things which do indeed make me smile.

Like Love, Family, Nature, Music etc....

 

For the main image on this page I used a photo of my youngest daughter as a reference,  then I drew and then painted her lovely, happy face beneath the word smile. 

 

This page was mostly created using acrylic paints. Her dress and matching black and white polka dot headband were made using some old paper scraps & then highlighted using a white paint pen.
